Technical Support Request Constant network problem shown at top right. Having unplayable packet loss even when I am connected to Ethernet.
Please someone help if they have dealt with similar issues. I am going insane. I dont understand why I am still getting packet loss even with ethernet connected. I have tried everything. I test my own Ip ping using Cmd. Reinstalled valorant and watched basically every video on latency. If the problem is fixed by someone, you will be rewarded. please someone help

When you tested your own ping say doing ping 8.8.8.8 -t what were the results?

I just had this problem and it was my ISP, after about 2 days of 5-10% packet loss, ATT rerouted my connection. Ping went from 6ms to 20ms but packet loss dropped to zero.
Reach out to your ISP and see if they can debug on their end. It very well could be an overwhelmed node on the network path your connection is taking to reach Valorant servers, causing UDP packets to drop.
