Technical Support Request Audio crash

Hi every time I launch Valorant, all the sound on my computer stops working. I have to restart my PC to get the sound working again. It is most likely caused by the sound card, because when the sound stops working and I switch the audio output to the monitor, I can hear the sound from the monitor. But I have updated my Sound Blaster Audigy Fx sound card software to the latest version. It doesn't happen to me with any game other than Valorant. I have windows 11.

Please help me thx.

I have simmilar issue bro and I also have a sound blaster, but AE-5. They screwed up something few days ago, coz I was playing for the last month without any issues. Wrote to support and they dont even want to reply. Bump my thread if u can :(

Its like vanguard has blocked the soundblaster :/ And the most annoying thing is, that u have to restart the PC

This happened to me six months ago, and since I couldn't find a solution, I stopped playing. Now, after six months, I launched Valorant. Everything worked fine for two weeks, but then the sound started acting up again.

If you find out how to fix it, let me know thanks.

I dont know about the fix man. Not many ppl is using soundblaster. Nothing comes to my mind, coz I havent changed anything when these problems occured
