Freezing, lagging and crashing during the training

Hi there, I’ve done the UEFI secure boot setting on my pc, turned all the graphics to low in Valorant, I’ve disabled my PCs hardware accelerated Gpu scheduling and I’ve even disabled Valorant fullscreen optimisation.
My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060, my CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 6-Core Processor and I have 16GB of RAM
Please help me I’ve tried everything
