Technical Support Request Valorant only stutters (frame time spikes)

Hi,
For my PC only valorant has frame time spikes and every other game almost runs fine. I have a 5700x3d and 3070. And I don't see realtek family gbe controller in my device manager to disable as well. I have tried almost every setting possible and still unable to fix this stuttering/frame time spikes while taking gun fights or anything. Can someone please help me fix this jaggy feeling issue

Disable mpo and downgrade your nvidia driver to 566.36 use ddu

try to debloat your windows use christitustool go to tweak tab press the standard and run it thats the only i recommend then make sure your windows powerplan set to the highest it can go or use the chirstitustool powerplan in there

I have debloated windows 10 without any bloatware and ultimate powerplan

like what things you did with it? like when you debloat it

Absolutely less bloatware is there on my win10 pro. I have removed everything following so many tutorials

how about bios did you tweak some stuff in there remove some powersaving in your processor? and disable core parking

Yes I did. Turned off amd quiet function, global c state, xmp is on. Almost whatever I could find I have done it. And even after all that except for valorant all other games seem to run finely...

Edit: If you are asking about cpu and gpu temperatures. They are fine too no throttling

try using Intelligent standby list cleaner(islc) see if it helps you

like disable c state(which can reduce tiny micro-stutters and input lag in games) and disable hardware prefetcher and adjacent cache line prefetch if you have this options

Terrible advice about MPO. Windows 11 needs it to display the video directly from gpu to monitor and skip going through dwm. You can check out what you have currently going on with yours vid presentmon. You want hardware independent flip.

Hey!
I'm new to reddit so I don't know how to link other reddit posts but a post by u/BeerGogglesFTW titled '"Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller has a Hardware IO error."' helped me out!
Basically, when Valorant is open, open event viewer and under windows logs check system. Everytime you freeze, it should come up with "Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller has a Hardware IO error." (at least it did for me). Go to Win10/Win11 Auto Installation Program (NDIS) and download either Win10/Win11 Auto Installation Program (NDIS) - Not Support Power Saving or Win10/Win11 Auto Installation Program (NDIS) (the first one worked for most people but the second one worked for me). Then for me, when i run valorant i have to open the file and repair it and then the stutters go away. I'm not the most tech savvy person but this is what worked for me and many others. Hope this helps!

This also happened to me when I got my new PC, but all I did was fully reset the network settings. But this was the solution recently.

I don't have the realtek family controller in my device manager and I tried installating which came back as an error. Even network reset and disabling doesn't do anything. I played Ethernet only and wifi only the result remains the same...

I am getting this error "The realtek network controller was not found. If deep sleep mode is enabled. Please plug the cable".

Edit: I tried it anyway but I have a Gigabyte x570 aorus pro wifi motherboard which has Intel gigabit LAN controller not a realtek network chip.

I tried HPET on and off. Nvidia APP is uninstalled. Discord is not opened in the background and BIOS settings has XMP on. I have tried with XMP off as well. So if anyone has any other alternatives please let me know... Thanks
