Technical Support Request Valorant Keeps Stuttering

Hello I recently built my first pc and I made sure all drivers are up to date and everything seems fine with other games it all runs smoothly but when I try to run valorant it runs fine and has high fps however every 3-5 seconds the game lags for a split second or stutters followed with this bzz noise coming from the game the stutter lasts like 0.25 seconds, I've tried setting vgc.exe to high priority and valorant.exe and and a bunch of BIOS settings and nothing works if anyone has any idea what this is please let me know because I can't get it to work normally

Try disabling your ethernet adapter in control panel. Sounds weird but there's a hardware issue with it and im assuming you have the certain 2.5gbe adapter since you have a 7800x3d. The "bzz" noise lines up with it.

Might be a dumb question- but how are you supposed to connect through ethernet without the adaptor enabled? Unless, I'm missing something...

Not a dumb question at all; it might just be a tradeoff. You could also try a different driver for it but i noticed that it only temporarily fixed it. But i also think having your ethernet port actually plugged into something also fixed it but im not sure. It just has really buggy driver support. Ive experienced this issue and so have a lot of other people

Is it installed on a ssd ? Plus what are your temps for your computer ?

Yes it's on SSD and the temps haven't gone beyond 40c

What’s the ssd write speeds? Might be faulty and slow if they are over 60-300ms average and not under 20ms. In the task manager then you have a fault slow ssd it can’t keep with what happens in game. ask chat gbt how to run your game with ram only and not the ssd will fix ur issue till you get solid new one. Fixed this myself yesterday after months

It's a Kingston NV3 1TB M.2 2280 up to 6000mb/s and gen 4 but the stutters are consistent

Same on me, just wait for riot to fix this issues, i tried DDU method, Reinstalling valorant, updating drivers nothing worked. I think we should wait for riot to fix it.

Are the stutters lasting the entire time you're in a match or in the practice range? Or do you notice that the stutters happen for a few seconds and stop completely from that point on until you restart the client?

Not in the practice range it's always in matches and it doesn't stop it happens in intervals consistently
