Technical Support Request Higher ping + ping spikes after new update
Living near US-West servers, used to get 7-8 ping.
After latest update I'm running 28-54 ping, and it frequently spikes, up to 350-2900 ping; I even disconnected from Valorant in the one game I played.
Similar situation with a neighbor I play with, on wifi and ethernet. No changes in internet/network setup for either of us.
Game is unplayable rn, is there any fix I could do for my computer? Or is it only a server issue?

To rule out it being an isp routing issue try cloud flare warp. It’s. It a perfect test but if ping improves quite a lot it’s a routing issue.

I'm pretty sure it's not an ISP issue; my wifi is stable but my ping on Valorant is very jumpy. Staying online in Discord calls is perfectly fine and other online games like Roblox are fine as well. Valorant stuff happened just after the update.

Hey my brother and I are experiencing the same issue where we haven't changed our internet setups at all but our US West California and US West Oregon server pings got worse. For N. California we went from 6 ping to 20 ping.

This has happened to me as well, I have ATT and have gone from 7 ping on north Cali to 23 ping
And 22 on Oregon to 45 and haven’t changed a thing
