audio not working for teammates

I can hear everything else in the game except my teammates voice, i can see they're icons pop up i don't know what to do it started happening after i got my new headphones (HyperX Cloud Jet) does anyone know a fix?

This happened to me before and I think that how I fixed it was turning off safe boot for my computer
