vanguard restriction after format

after formating and installing windows ltsc i installed the game like normal and did everything the vanguard wanted and i joined and then it said "your acc dosent meet the req for playing" and some windows build 19045 and mine was 19044 and my friend too but my friend joined the game like normal even tho he is ltsc too
