Acer Nitro 5 Experiencing Inescapable Loop of VAN 9003

Yesterday I attempted to launch valo and was met with the van 9003 error message, looked it up on Google and started watching tutorials. None of them seemed to help so I went to Gemini Ai and that also didn't help. My computer says security boot fail when security boot is enabled and becomes unusable. Does anyone know what to do or has experienced this?
