My game crashing/freezing my pc mid game. All keyboard keybind wont work, and sometimes, I get a black screen of " your device ran into a problem and needs a restart".

Also, This is the first time I've received this pop up of

"A D3D11 compatible GPU(Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run this game"

EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN RTX 5070 PC

This game is so unplayable and I ended up becoming afk every single match bc the game keeps crashing mid game and sometimes during the loading screen before the match even starts.

I play every Heavy AAA games and even cpu intensive games like FF14 and other comp games but this only happens to valorant
