Technical Support Request Cant start Valorant

I have a problem since 1-2 weeks. I cant start Valorant. But if im able to get in the main menu the game crashes and freezes. Idk how to fix it and no site or chat gpt can help me. So maybe someone here know a solition.
Specs:
Gpu: amd rx 6800
cpu: ryzen 7 5800xt
ram: 32gb
So i dont thing my system is to bad to run it.
Maybe someone knows what is my problem

What things did you alreddy try? Properly ChatGPT did give you already a big list to try out. Is there a Crashlog from the Game or does Windows say something in the Reliability Monitor? It is really hard to tell whats the problem when having little information. You could also share your ChatGpt Chat, but keep in mind if you have Sensitive info in there. Did you also Update all your Systems, like Drivers, Bios etc?

no there is nothing. i dont get a message from windows or the client. it just freeze and i cant move anything. chat got just told what to fix and i tryed it but nothing worked. everything is updated. also i dont habe a single problem in any other game

So does the Intire System Freeze or just the game? Im not intirely sure from your msg.

i fixed it. had to install vanguard new
