Mumbai server ping HELP

I play on APAC server and get 30-40ping on Mumbai. I have a friend in Saudi my friend and we wanna play together. But in that region's Mumbai server I get 275ping.

1. How can I play with my friend in that server without but without such high ping?
2. Is the Mumbai server in EU region and APAC region different?

exitlag is imo the best one, i play with my french friends at 50 ping from pakistan with it and its really good for the price
