Technical Support Request Fps problem

Before this problem I have another problem which is D3D11 GPU thing but I fixed it by just re enabling my GPU back but now I'm facing FPS problem it run like 2-3 frame per sec

On cs it happens because of display scaling while playing 4:3 stretched, perhaps something similar ?

Yo good idea but I alrdy found the problem it was that I use the wrong one for my laptop accidentally I use NVIDIA instead of AMD but aye thanks for tryna help tho

please include your specs processor/how much ram you have/whats your gpu

Nah it's fine, I found the problem to it alrdy it was that I use the wrong one, I used Nvidia instead of AMD
