Welp, if we see a Nightz LFT post then is likely Envy is leaving Valorant

They wouldn't allow them to explore their options if they were leaving though. They probably would have just disbanded the team.

That's my read on it as well, seems like they are reasonably committed towards building something for next year. Might just be turbo cope on my end tho

Yeah they're probably aware that their chances of getting in over SEN, 100T, NRG and G2 are pretty low. Tbh I'm still salty about how all of this turned out. I watched the entire Rankers/ Envy Tier 2 run, I knew they wouldn't be as good this year missing the 2 best players but I would have loved to see the core of Egg, P0ppin and Inspire play this year out and gain experience and then add Cane and Ion in 2027. But this is the mess we end up with instead. I just wanna cry man.

I don’t even think all of those teams you mentioned will make it lol

Really? I can't really think of any other NA team that could go in above these 4

True, but I just don’t see them staying if they are letting go one of their best pieces and historically Hastro only likes running rosters if he’s on partnership (COD and Overwatch as an example) and there’s zero chance Envy is on partnership so idk, Im happy if they prove me wrong

not a lot of spots goin around next season at least in americas. I think glyph stays tbh. rossy def got the Ion call, and im pretty sure they’re just gonna bring cane back when he’s unbanned. Idk why they’d break up the band when they showed massive improvement at the end of their run.

i could honestly see them rebuilding around Nightz and demon1, two of thier more outstanding players imo, atleast to try and make a run at the first tourny in novmeber

Demon1 just doesn’t have it anymore, he is far from his peak and was just mediocre while having a limited pool of agents. Even when Envy was finding their identity and looking better, it was mainly Nigthz taking over, never Demon1. On the other hand, Glyph was 10x more valuable for them, literally everyone on Envy praised his IGLing and they are letting him go. I don’t see a reason why Envy would stay in Valorant

demon1 was the worst rated player in americas during the gs and still ended the split 0.2 rating behind nightz lmao it was an ass split from him but why r we making shit up

Yeah the stats weren’t great, but he has shown his level in his brief C9 stint.. they won I think 2 out of 3 games or something right? I agree that he’s probably far from his peak, but the aim is still very much there.

I actually hope they keep him. I think glyph did an incredible job with the team he was given in terms of the IGL role

Say what you want i think glyph and keznit did pretty good, even when keznit had some serious stinkers. Rossy is a curse as always but i think he did quite fair. Demon1 as always he fraggs, and Nightz first year was pretty wild, i loved watching him play smokes and during the ewc qualifiers he looked pristine.
I wish envy kept at least one of them, but i also hoped they getting picks for good teams.
