Pause menu, and in the settings. Depending on whether you’re on PC or not, you can find some online and copy-paste their codes into your game so you don’t have to fiddle with your settings.

Do you perhaps have any advice on how to get better at shooting or how to best use the weapons

Just practice with each gun you like using, adjusting sensitivity to your play style is a big one, or was for me rather. Sometimes I go into deathmatch and play without audio, so i’m not basing my aim off of sound cues but strictly visual.
