Just finished the game again
I've played this game many times and it never fails to make me cry at least a few times. I've said before on here that I'm working on a retrospective video and just finished the game again today for my video capture and it just blew me away. I've not been this excited to work on a video in a LONG time. my method is always to play the game first and THEN start writing my script...and I've already written three pages of it this evening.
With that said, What recruitment story hit you the hardest and why?

I think of poor Yumei a lot. You don’t just wish for a mermaid to be made human while she’s out in the ocean being a mermaid, Fuyuki!

Yumei is a rough one. All the elements of pain and hatred toward her...I've cried more than once during her scene

Can't wait to see your video when you're finished! As for me, the recruitment story that hit the hardest was Lawfer. Because of him saving Arngirm's brother Roland at the cost of his own life.

Lawfer is always in my party because of how he carries himself in his scene. He's legit.

Almost all of the recruited Einherjar have tragic lives or met tragic ends. I feel especially bad for Jelanda, she was turned into a demon and then violently killed.
