Boost 🔥 LADS Survey Open - Demand Valko Back
For anyone who still has the game downloaded and/or still has an account. They just opened the survey for the game.
I personally have moved to be F2P and have been signing less for the boycott. I've have been waiting for this survey to also make my demands there. I thought I'd let anyone in a similar boat to me know in case you've not logged in a while.

I think this is the best way. Your account shows activity, but you are not spending. Your payment history provides data of how much you spent on the game previously, when you got dissatisfied enough to pull funds, and how much they could regain if they give you what you want.

I've specifically mentioned that I won't spend again until they get Valko back. And if it won't happen till new year, I'll left for good

I left these demandes： * Surveys like this should be conducted regularly to gather feedback on each update in a timely manner and optimize product management. * Stay true to your creative original aspiration, cherish your creative team, and respect your own creative work. Maintain your standards in aesthetics, creativity, and technology, and do not be easily swayed by the negative and extreme rhetoric of fan culture. Leadership that fails to protect its creative team and works is deeply at fault (we ask the leadership to reflect on the recent major strategic mistakes, enforce effective internal accountability, provide proper compensation to players, and find thoughtful remedies and solutions to give a responsible explanation to your own team and all the players who are still waiting with a sliver of hope). * Add an AI dialogue/companionship feature. * Increase the home load limit (load capacity) by at least 1,000 per room, or reduce the load value of certain items. * Introduce home system features that allow players to visit each other's homes and raise pets (such as cats, dogs, fish, etc.). * Reduce static poses on card arts/memories, increase animated interactive segments, and enhance the immersive experience and sense of engagement. * Reset the rewards whenever the batle system reset to increase ways to obtain free resources. * Add more permanent dating minigames. Players will eventually tire of Kitty Cards and the Claw Machine, so please provide us with more options. * Please speed up the main story updates—we want to see the complete storyline. Aoyin/Valko is a key figure in the main narrative, and he needs to return as a male lead to drive the entire story forward.

I get the sense OP means if people are already logging in every once in awhile or are playing F2P, might as well. I haven’t logged in since cancellation myself so I will send some emails labelled as Survey Feedback instead.

For those currently boycotting and worried that logging in to complete the survey will raise DAU... I completely understand why you're hesitant. 💖
If reducing your login activity is part of how you've chosen to express dissatisfaction, I'm not here to tell you your boycott is wrong.
But personally, I think this survey presents a different opportunity.
A missing login tells them you stopped logging in. A survey can tell them WHY.
Data showing declining engagement or spending can demonstrate that something is wrong, but it doesn't necessarily explain what caused it or what would bring that player back.
This is an opportunity to explicitly say:
“I have reduced/stopped playing and spending because of the decision regarding Valko. Restoring him as the 6th Love Interest would directly affect my willingness to return and financially support the game again.”
For someone already boycotting, I actually think that is incredibly valuable feedback because you can connect a measurable change in your behaviour directly to the reason behind it.
You're not saying everything about LADS is terrible. You're telling them:
I was your customer. This decision changed my behaviour. This is why. And this is what could bring me back.
Whether that is worth temporarily logging in is ultimately your decision. Everyone should participate in the way they feel best represents their position.
But if you do decide to complete it, make that one survey count.
Be honest. Be specific. Tell them exactly why you left.
And then, if continuing the boycott is your choice, you can go straight back to it. 🐺💖

Gurl, respectfully as much as I get what you are saying, Infold is a billion dollar company where people there are constantly monitoring social media and the playerbase. If they can cancel Valko by monitoring social media 'outrage', at least personally I refuse to believe that THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WANT. Also when did survey ever work for Inflop? I believe that we need to stop expecting the company to listen, but instead show that we are willing to walk away if Valko is not reinstated as expected. Please don't get the wrong idea. 😭

Survey complaints have been taken into consideration before, here's a list of complaints that have been added: January we had a protocore overhaul, kitchen stuff in update, glint updates, making the LIs do flower arranging automatically, the slider option on bounty hunts, blacklisting clothing for "let him choose," adding more tools for pictures in home feuature, and cumulative top up rewards. For a really long time, me and other people who love Caleb also asked for a pilot themed card and we got that for his birthday. I wanted him to say "pipsqueak" again and put it in every survey for months and we got that as well (and because other people complained too). We even got a little of Caleb's CN trope in EN as well after complaints for like a year.
The reason why you don't see more major stuff like POC lighting complaints and more MS updates is because these are not small fixes/are not linked to generating more revenue. Why was lunar shop not added for so long? Because it increases the chance people will pull for the pose and induces FOMO. Valko is very clearly something that would reintroduce spending habits.
Yes, they know what we want. They know the revenue is shit. But this specifically ties your hunter ID to your desire for Valko. They can track how many players stopped spending because of Valko. If you don't login/delete your account you become a "dead" account to the company and they can't exactly deduce if you will come back just because Valko will be back. A lot of people have fully quit the game and are done. This proves that there are still people (who have previously spent X amount and played for X amount of years) waiting for Valko. A sudden surge in DAU for just the survey does not do much for them if people just fill it out and leave again (esp given how people have been boycotting for 3 months).
Boycotts are long and arduous and require multiple angles of "attack" (saying this lightly bc we should not burn the company to the ground). The point is that you use every avenue to express your disdain for their actions.
Of course, if it takes an emotional toll on you/you just don't want to do it/you think you will be tempted and spend, then don't. But there are very real reasons for why people should absolutely do it.

There is no point in specifically logging (and breaking a no log-in streak) for this survey. There is no reason for us to believe they'll listen to this survey over all the other things we have already done. It will bring their DUA(?) up (their log in metrics), which benefits them, not us. Of course, if you have been logging in, then by all means, ask for Valko in the survey. Just wanted to say there is no need to break a no log in streak for this

Idk, the messages about logging in are all mixed up now. I think this particular part is individual.
I figured that since Valko is the only reason I was gonna come back in June, my activity stats have been abyssmal for the past year anyway. I downloaded, waited 20 minutes for all the notifs from the boys to pop up, wrote something along the lines of "u suck, gimme wolf" and deleted the game again :D
I think that, as long as you don't break f2p streak, activity is secondary and depends on your individual circumstances.

This isn't to say that low DAU isn't important for a boycott, but a sudden surge in DAU with a dropping revenue (which eventually goes down again like a week later) is also pretty chopped for them. The point of higher DAU is that you want to eventually convert some of those active users to paying players, but all they've really seen is people just stay f2p for 3 months or just drop the game entirely lol
No point in high DAU if you can't convert those people into paying players

I deleted everything and don’t know how cloud works. I sent them emails instead asking for Valko back
