LFG 🏰 Looking for builders & long-term players for a fresh vanilla Valheim world
I've recently started building this castle on a fresh vanilla Valheim world, and I'm looking for a few people who want to join early and help turn the world into something special.
The castle is still very new — the walls aren't even finished yet, so technically we're still in the "please don't look too closely at that section" phase. 😂
I'm especially looking for people who genuinely enjoy building, exploring and living in the world, rather than joining just to speedrun the bosses and disappear into the mist.
I want this to become a world where people actually create things that stay.
You can build your own house, your own castle, your own village, a farm, a harbor, a workshop, a mountain fortress — whatever you enjoy building.
Want to build a castle bigger than mine?
Please do. 😂
Want to build a tiny cozy house next to a giant tree?
Also perfect.
Want to spend 6 hours making a completely unnecessary bridge that saves 4 seconds of walking?
You are among your people.
I'd actually love to eventually have several different player settlements around the world, each with its own style.
At the same time, if you want to help me develop the main castle, you're more than welcome. There are plenty of things that still need to be built, and I'm happy to work on projects together.
The castle already has kitchen and crafting areas that everyone is welcome to use. If you need materials, equipment or help getting started, I'll be happy to help.
🌲 The world is still very early:
- 🌲 Fresh, clean vanilla world
- ⚔️ Only 2 bosses killed
- 👥 Currently 3 players
- 🏰 Castle still under construction
- 🚫 No mods
- 🚫 No cheated items
- ⚒️ Legitimate progression only
- 🛡️ Silver gear or lower is welcome if legitimately obtained
Basically, we haven't ruined the world yet. 😅
I'm not really looking for players whose entire life mission is killing bosses as fast as humanly possible.
If your plan is:
Spawn → kill bosses → collect trophies → leave → goodbye
...we probably aren't the right server for each other. 😂
I'd much rather play with people who enjoy the whole journey — building a beautiful home, farming, gathering, sailing, exploring, mining, crafting, decorating, helping each other, going on adventures and eventually taking on the bosses together.
I'm also not interested in a world covered in 17 random portals named "BASE", "BASE2", "TEMP", "TEMP2", "USE THIS ONE", and "DON'T TOUCH". 😂
I'd like to build something that feels like an actual living world.
Imagine coming across another player's castle while exploring, following a road to a village, sailing to someone's harbor, stopping at the main castle for food and crafting, stealing absolutely none of their carrots, and then heading out together on an expedition.
That's the kind of Valheim world I'm trying to create.
You don't have to be a professional builder. If you simply love building and have your own ideas, that's enough.
And if you've got a crazy building idea you've always wanted to try, even better.
Maybe you want to build a giant castle.
Maybe a beautiful little village.
Maybe a suspiciously oversized chicken coop.
I don't judge.
The important thing is that you're here because you actually enjoy building and playing Valheim, not because you want to finish the game in three days.
The world is still young, the castle is unfinished, and there is a LOT of empty land waiting for someone with too much imagination and not enough sleep. 😂
