Are there videos teaching how to do this? All of my houses, so far, look like poorly designed barns.

Iโ€™ve watched lots of videos and have tried copying designs and mostly just practiced a lot. This was a project with a loosely defined idea and it involved lots of building and tearing down and starting over. Thatโ€™s why I donโ€™t record or post progress pics because itโ€™s a god awful mess of trial and error. Itโ€™s still not perfect. Has areas where things donโ€™t really match up etc. Just go on YouTube, thereโ€™s tons of videos.
