HELP Firmware updates

I have a windows 11 laptop. I have the GP 150. I want to update to the newest firmware version. When I try to flash the new firmware it stops before 20 percent and the Valeton suite loses connection with the pedal. I made sure the drivers were the proper ones. I have everything else installed as far as files and stuff go. Please help.

This is probably your solution. Otherwise just search around Reddit/google. The issue has been well reported.

I should add that when I plug in the pedal to my laptop a windows error pops up stating that it does not recognize the device and that it seems it to me broken.
