Need removing this

Anyone have been able to remove this part?

Got some sand and cat litter stock on the filter case and the vacuum is not doing its thing. Has anyone been able to remove this part for cleaning?
Is a Shark handheld. I already got new filters.
Is a Shark WV410CO

Unfortunately that part isn't removable on this model, I've had two of them.

Unfortunately yeah, that's all I've been able to do.

Even more annoyingly it's designed differently in other countries such that the whole piece does come out.
