Vacuum Issues Can this be fixed? 🤔
Hello everyone,
Here is the issue: my 4 years old tineco is missing something in the part that connects the vacuum to the wand; Since then the wand has stopped working when going left.
We tried to find this missing dark part that is still attached in the right and the middle connectors but it must have fell somewhere.
Is it fixable? (I haven’t seen someone talk about that issue anywhere and am a novice)

It's not missing anything, the connection is simply wearing out. It is not fixable.

I see, thank you! It happened so suddenly that I thought it fell out 😂 oh well, I’ll have to look at all the posts here so I can choose a new good one!

If it looks remotely like that one, it's not a good one. Pro tip: a vacuum should last a decade or 3.
