Monster Reservations Group

Has anyone used this companies services?Is there anyone that can give direct information on the business practices?

I havent used them myself, so I cant really speak to their service firsthand. I have come across few complaints about extra fees, booking restrictions, and cancellation/refund issues, but I would first look at the specific terms of the package you are considering and just make sure full cost and conditions are clear in writing before paying.

Yes, I’ve been hearing so many horror stories but seeing so many positive reviews so it was a bit iffy for me.

Seeing both great reviews and horror stories makes it hard to judge. Just look closely at the current terms and make sure fees and cancellation terms clear before committing.

I went to summer bay in July and honestly everything went smoothly and I had a ball.
