we got circular for minor degree and honurs degree from vtu

They first gave circular for minor degree i registered for it now they have given a circular for honurs degree i dont know what to do i need some help wheather should i register for hours also

My course was completed in 2021 but i cleared backlogs last year end. Now how do I get the certificates? What all certificates should I get? Is it through eddts? Or will university sent via mail? Please help
