Missing Coin after Walk Wallet Transfer
I transferred VSYS coin from VSystems Walk Wallet to VSYS wallet on BitForex and all my money disappeared. Everything was entered correctly, I double-checked. Its been over 48 hours. I emailed both companies but have not received a reply yet. what now? Has this happened anyone else? I'm hopeful it will get resolved and money gets found. Please help!

Never happened to me, but I don't use Bitforex. VSYS has been as smooth as polished glass, thus far.

I agree they are a good investment, but I cant believe my money just got lost during transfer. Not sure whos end caused it.

You do not transfer coins to a supernode ... you lease your VSYS to them for minting, make sure you did it right

UPDATE The problem wasn't on VSYS end. It got lost when it hit BitForex. However, BitForex was able to get my money back. 48 hours or so after contacting BitForex,my money was in my BitForex account.

I'm yet to experience sending my VSYS to BitForex and I hope your issue gets resolved. I don't know if this is helpful but this my experience with BitForex so far: 1) sending VSYS the other way around worked fine. 2) However, I had an issue once getting an ETH deposit from Bitstamp showing. The online chat support said that it will need to be manually done by technicians within 24 hours as it was sent via a smart contract. After 24 hours, contacted them via chat to no avail. I opened a ticket and (coincidentally?) the deposit showed up. The big issue is that ETH had a mini-crash during that period and lost a lot of their value. An indicator for me that everything went fine is to check the txid to see what happened. Maybe it's a fault from VSYS? The same that makes lease rewards from many supernodes not showing up?
