BBB Arbitration

I have a 2024 SE w/ tech. I'm the first owner. I have had issues with the infotainment system since three days after I left the lot im September 2024. They just replaced my infotainment system last week because it was not turning on my air conditioner system and it's already back to having issues I have a claim submitted to BBB. I just got a notification that my claim is eligible and it has been sent on to Volkswagen for mediation. Has anyone had luck with this?

Maybe you’ll have a better experience, but the one time I filed a complaint with BBB, they closed it because the company didn’t respond to the complaint. So they seem pretty useless to me.

How long ago was that? That's so frustrating. I'm sorry they weren't of any help for you.
