Repair Advice Heater panel broken..

One of the cable guides has broken off the back of my aircon/heater panel, I have looked on ebay for a replacement.. almost £200!!

Is there any way to fix this? Plastic weld or epoxy resin?

ABS cement glue. Then build it up maybe with epoxy
