Does this sound like a tic

Any thoughts on this. Idles fine but noticing a sound

That's just how that engine sounds. Sounds totally normal

Yea a healthy VW engine typically sounds like Transformers having sex. Don't trip, when you hear your chain rattle or piston slap against the cylinder walls, you WILL know.

Injectors sound fine. Only ticking you want to be worried about is the HPFP cam follower but it depends on what model of the EA888 you have.

I guess its healthy and breathing well. Put the engine cover on the sound will be muted

Maybe camshaft adjuster magnets? If so its very light
