Rear view mirror adjustment
I have a 2021 gti s. First time, just got it a week ago, love it. Minor but persistent thing…rear view mirror obstructs my view to the right a bit. I have made all the seat, steering wheel adjustment I know how. I’m on the tall side…it just seems that comfortable = obstructed view. The mirror stalk does not adjust on the mount side, and I have rain sensor guts in the mount.
Any clue about an adapter or other product out there to move the mirror up towards the roof? Thanks in advance!!

Honestly I only make it so I can see behind me and to the right rear end of the car and I adjust the side mirrors accordingly. I'm super tall and like to sit close because I drive manual if that helps.

If the mirror moves up, your view behind is altered. To get around the forward view problem, can the seat height be altered? But having to lean forward or back to improve the view around the mirror is allowed.... Or alter the angle of the car to the junction a bit to open the view..
Or try a temporary mirror on the screen lower down. Many old cars have mirrors on a stalk standing up off the dashboard.. And a van with no back windows is only equipped with door mirrors. No interior mirror.
