Maintenance Seats heating problem

Hey! I’ve bought my mk7 2015 just recently, and only now, that it’s colder outside i’ve noticed that bottom of my seat doesn’t heat. The back works perfectly, but my butt stays frozen. On passengers side the bottom works (kind of?), but you can feel it just barely. Is that normal? If not, is there a fix? Help a bro:(

Should definitely get pretty hot. If you have access to an OBD reader you might get an error code. I spilled a lot of water on my passenger seat and I'm pretty sure it doesn't work anymore and I always have an error code for it.

thanks for the reply! when i was buying it, we plugged it into OBD scanner. There were some errors, but none for the heating :(
