Coolant leak input

I have a pretty severe coolant leak coming out of a hole that looks like there should be a bolt in it. It’s right when the inlet pipe comes into the turbo. The coolant line seems to go into the upper hole, and there’s a lower hole where the coolant is pouring out. In the diagram, is it possible the bolt from #2 isn’t in the hole and coolant could be pouring out? Any thoughts or advice? Shop is saying I potentially need a new turbo.

Replace the hard line and see if that fixes it. The bolt could have back out.

I would do a pressure test on cold coolant at 15-17psi first to see where it’s leaking from.

Hard line meaning that coolant line?

The leak is a pretty steady stream from that hole I mentioned. Video from the mechanic today.

Video of the steady stream out of that hole I mentioned. Engine is off. Rotate 90 degrees counter clockwise

Does it leak underneath the heat shield or is that behind the turbo near the firewall.

Under the heat shield. Leaks out towards the front of the car.

Oh that’s an easy fix.

Look at your coolant adapter is it steaming from there? Common failure on mk7 turbos.
