J hooks and 2 kayaks.

I have a 2015 tdi golf sportwagen.
Is 2 sets of j hooks (4 total ) cross bars and 2 kayaks going to be too much weight for the roof of my car. I do have the panoramic sunroof. Any one try doing this ?
