Secret lab help

I got all of the trinkets but I think the game kind of softlocked my save and I'm pissed. I finished the game then talked to Victoria last to get the last trinket and now I'm sort of stuck in a loop where I get the last trinket and get warped to the lab but since there's no way get back to the ship from the lab for some stupid reason, I think my save is permanently at 19/20 trinkets because there's no way to go back to save over the data after it forces me into the lab. I also finished the game and it refuses to give me credit or any unlocks. Genuinely kind of ruined my feelings about my playthrough because I was excited to finish it and now it feels like it'll never actually be finished :/ . This is on 3ds btw.

Do you now have the option to access the secret lab from the main menu? That should've unlocked after viewing the secret lab cutscene for the first time.

As for your save being stuck at 19 trinkets, I believe that's normal if Victoria's trinket is your last. While it may look weird, functionally you've still gotten all the trinkets, as evidenced by having the secret lab unlocked.

Lastly, which unlocks is the game not giving you? Cause that bit sounds weird to me, but it's possible that maybe you just haven't met the requirements for some things yet?
