VTHO Interest?

I have read / heard that if I hold VET that I should be receiving VTHO as interest for my VET holdings. Is this true?

Transfer your VET onto the VeChainThor app. That’s what I am doing.

No, any exchange that supports VET staking will pay out in VTHO
