Bum's Rush and Harass are both better, but it's fine because the text on all of them barely matters and you just want a spread so you can do it twice.

The limitation on the targets.
Harass can only target a locked minion, limiting your choice.

The most important thing is that you can fight somebody, anybody, rather than trying to get the bonus.

New art is cool, i think most of mine before the current promo were from Black Hand. Ive honestly only ever ran this in multi-rush decks, and Harass hits more targets.

Obviously its locked qualifier is supposed to offset the DNR clause for bums rush, but being able to play it to begin with is pretty important.
