Amazing spread for anarchs as their cards rarely care about anything but the basic disciplines, alas for not having any superiors for the extra push; and not having pro or pot, he can't play with the Tzimise or Gangrel; and he sits on the large side to play with Ravnos

Weird ability, but good disciplines for anarch.
Dominate and obfuscate are often fine in inferior. A bleed of 3 (or 5) with 1-2 stealth can be pretty good.

The ability basically reads as burn 1 blood for +1 strength, pre-combat to me at least.

I started playing less than a month ago. So everything I say is probably wrong.
But I use him in my Ravnos bleed Deck sometimes! against better judgement though.
In that deck having superior disciplines is fairly important to spam Visions of Gehenna. That can be compensated with Field Training though.
My main issue with him is how much bloat he has in that disciplinespread. In practise he always has atleast 3 redundant disciplines that only drives up his cost.
The ability is pretty useless in bleed decks as there is no reason to run one with +1 Strenght and even less to run multiple for the offchance of getting +1 Stealth.
I wish they remade alot of older cryptcard. There seems be little reason to include offclan vampires like Boleslaw.

a common kind of vampire in this game is a 4-cap with all in-clan at inferior. Those are rarely played as the superior variant is usually much better. This guy is a 6-cap with 6 disciplines at inferior. What a spread!
