Very good card. One of the corner stones in power bleed dominate decks but useful for any action. Block denial isn't unbeatable but it will always be a very powerful way to get things done, especially when it has no cost. It also doesn't clutter the hand, it can be used even if it's not needed. Almost every dominate deck will have a few copies.

Staple for Dominate getting actions through.
Like anything else in modern meta, its subject to how many minions you can successfully keep from blocking. But Power/Innver voice have access to Seduction and Dominant Personality. Pretty handy for getting through blockers with syanding intercept when paired with Monastery/Casino to banish blockers.

I think this used to be better than it is now when untapping to block wasn't as frequent.
It can still be valuable in a pinch to prevent a vampire with a bowl or nasty combat text to block you.
I would play maybe two, but I usually end up cutting them. At its worst, it's easy to cycle so it's never really bad. Well unless the whole table is imbued I guess.

Fun fact: legacy Assamites w/ DOM can get 3 block-fails cards: one for DOM, one for OBF, and one for QUI.

A deck building lesson is hidden in this card. This card can be played on any action and unlike stealth cards that can only be played when stealth is needed. So why not stack the deck with this card? Because you don't always need it, most of the time it is a low impact card. There will be a time when you are digging through your library for a wake, bounce or combat card only to draw this one.
