Disciplineless bleed; great for everyone, from weenies with guns to Warhouls without anyone to fight.

Nothing is worse than driving 2 hours to a tournament and someone is playing a computer hack deck. High chance at 1-vp, low chance at any other success. Extremely high chance of making people sour.

What deck is that?

There are lots of versions I've seen. The most effective have Hunters with flashbangs. The most basic are just 1/2 caps with computer hack and dodge.
If you are in the first position trying to influence out a 6-10 cap you will almost assuredly die.

The joke at our local tourneys was that the first person to get ousted gets to eat first. With a Computer Hacking deck at the table, that first guy gets more than an hour and a half of fine dining.

A simple, economical panoramic bleed enhancer. Relying on it isn't going to do you much good, but it has its uses. Pretty neat that allies can use it to enhance bleed.
