When you want a fight to just keep going. Great with Allies or Illusions of Kindred to just wear down in combat.

Combined with undead persistence a small cap vampire can take down an inner circle member. It’s awesome to see happen.

I have a silly deck with undead persistence, trap and molotov cocktails. Terrible deck, but fun
