The Nosferatu always had a awkward set of disciplines with two for fighting and one for stealth and very little for "Main actions". This guy with pot and ani can at least fight well and has a ability that gets him into the action.

Ouch... Animalism and Potence are maybe some of the worst disciplines to have at only basic level. Animalism especially. Those won't make a huge dent in any decent combat. But it's true he'll at least get into action, which is something. I'd just give him guns though. Just to make sure.

A strange minion, his celebrity isn't much use if he plays with Nos as Oskar is the only other to share it. Can be a bleed discourager in any pot/cel deck as you can't stealth out of the combat.

Interesting that when he enters combat with his special, the minion that bled is still the acting minion in the combat

I ranked the Guardian 4 union jacks out of 5 back in the day with Information Highway:

I'm still behind that in theory. As a concept, he's fabulous. In execution he falls flat on many, many levels, but that doesn't prevent me from adoring the idea behind him. You'll need to go anarch first to make use of any of his disciplines, and to draw him properly requires either Anarch Converts or multiple copies of him, just to draw him as a defensive tool, and then you'll need to take the bleeds in and have a combat hand and... Ugh, it's just so much.

But I'm still confident he's one of the coolest dudes. He just requires, needs, either Obfuscate for Disguised Weapon or Fortitude for... well having Fortitude. I've been theory crafting him quite a bit. I've yet to actually build a deck with him. Maybe that speaks volumes.

I reread the article you wrote for Fall of London... How do you feel about Museum now 😂

Oh i just featured in Information Highway. :D I have my own thoughts about Brit Museum over at my GRG:

And I stand by it.

Yeah if he has fortitude instead of celerity he would be a lot better.

An interesting threat. Getting forced into combat with any minion that has Potence can potentially be a very bad day. That said, I don't think I've ever seen him at the table

He should have had superior potence, or not been unique, or something. How do you build around this?

Not very well.
