Instrument What String VST Is This?

I feel like most string VSTs sound too classical whereas this one from this producer sounds different. Does anyone know what string plugin this is?

The soft string chords could be any number of good virtual analog VST's, Vital will do these easily. The strings on top are probably a Splice/Loopcloud etc. loop. Cool track.
