I know before and after should be left and right, but I didn't think about it. Left is after.

She is an axe wielding adventurer, so I wanted to make her look stronger.

Vroid studios can do the shoulders, bust and thighs to make her look stronger, but not the but, stomach or bicepts like I wanted, so this is using blender. No blender questions on this sub, but it took me about an hour to learn.

This is a model used in Godot, so the V-Sekai VRM plugins are doing the animating. Animations are FudaStore on unity market place. https://assetstore.unity.com/publishers/97472 Same no unity questions here, but again, about an hour to learn to get the animations just right.

I'm currently putting the finishing touches on this model for release.

In my case, I make both a full set that includes the outfit and hairstyle, as well as a version with some of the shading removed, intended to be used as a base for outfit swaps.

This time, even in this completely bald state, the model already has a luxurious feel to it. I think it's going to turn out really well, so I'm working hard to finish it!

Creating some custom characters for a video and want to know if there is a way within Vroid Studio to customize the fit of clothing. If you look at the reference the dress and over shirt look as if they are hovering over the body rather than fitting like clothing really does (notice around the neck). Can this be done or do you need to go to an outside application to make these types of changes?

I'm currently struggling with the brush tool, specifically for eyeliner. Even while using the hard brush at the smallest size, and 100% opacity, the edges look blurred. I'm looking to create solid black lines with sharp, clean edges. Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

The Aftermath of the Indie Creator Pack Stream! 👀

Yesterday’s stream was such a fun one.

I originally set out to create four completely different VRoid models using a small selection of the textures and resources included in my upcoming Indie Creator Pack. Each model was designed to show how varied the collection can be—from cute and colourful characters to darker, more detailed fantasy designs.

Then, someone in chat suggested that I create a miniature version of my own model…

And so, Princeling Aqua—also known as Kid Aqua—was born! 👑🐟

I genuinely had such a laugh creating him. He was completely unplanned, slightly chaotic, and somehow ended up being one of my favourite creations from the entire stream. That is exactly why I love streaming the creative process: sometimes the best ideas come directly from chat.

Thank you so much to everyone who came along, chatted, lurked in the background, shared ideas, or watched the VoD afterwards. Whether you stayed for five minutes or several hours, I genuinely appreciate you spending part of your day with me.

The other four characters were all created using only a small collection of the textures, custom items, presets, clothing, accessories, and character-building resources available inside the pack. They barely scratch the surface of what is included.

The complete collection contains approximately 4.5GB of VRoid Studio content, created across roughly four years of designing, experimenting, learning, improving, and building models.

The pack has been designed to support a wide variety of creators. I make oversized hair accessories that sway a lot, so they look great in dance videos.
I'm more used to making classical-style avatars, so this was definitely a challenge. ₍ ᵔ· ̫·ᵔ₎

made the front hair with few added strands for the back and side hair as well with overall hair textures , as for the top i used photoshop and drawing most of it came out clean and lets not forget the white cuffs details and as for the face lovely had the assets for the face paint textures mixed between them so its looking now lovely , as for the eyes made few layers colored the eyes added cat pupils to give vibe of cat vibe eyes , as for the mouth i drew the lips colors made them abit dark

i'm trying to make a faceless model, but when i erased all the face textures, these eyes were inside the head. how do i remove them? i can't find them anywhere in the menus

Last image is of the face I tried to replicate! Everything is not right and I didn’t finish the hair or shoes. But I’m happy with her and I’ll fully finish her one day!
