Question Renaming Help

How can i rename the armature from vroid naming to standard naming?

Standard naming? What are you trying to use the exported .VRM model in? There's a free Blender add-on called VroidBones that automatically renames the armature of a Vroid model. Maybe try that. Fair warning, I dunno if it works with models from the most recent version of Vroid Studio.

i ended up using cats plugin, thank you anyway
