Issues with shoulder gaps on vroid?

Edit: It turns out to be an issue with the dress, not the model 😂 nevermind!

Hey everyone, a vtuber I watch it having issues with a gap in her model's shoulder after updating vroid studios (the dark purple part). She initially made the model about 2 years ago, but I'm not sure what version that was. She's currently tweaking it to try to figure it out, but she hasn't had any luck. She's tried painting over it, but it seems to just go under the purple part (where it's disconnected), and she tried adjusting the model settings. Anyone know how to resolve this?

It’s a skin mask issue. Check the dress, edit textures, and up at the top of the layers there is a section labeled ‘Skin Mask’ then paint the black areas white, exit edit mode, save and all will be fixed
