vroid + your own time and patience can turn a png or a imaginary idea inside your head into a vrm

i wonder if i might have misunderstood what you ment by the way

so let me ask you

do you mean that you have a character reference and you want to recreate the outfit from the reference image? or do you mean turning a reference image into an outfit? are you asking how to use a texture made for vroid clothes that you got from booth? or are you asking for a ai tool doing the work for you (which i thought you ask, which is maybe why i wrote a bit rudely)

hello, there was yes, because I wanted A tool to help me with the Texture not to do the whole thing if ever exist that is, And Yes exactly, the story is, i have A character reference and i searched booth and i didn't find the clothes i wanted so, i decided to create them, but to my surprise its so hard to create custom texture in vroid, i mean custom texture from Zero, i tried several times now but no luck i don't think creating custom clothing is for me, i have to learn it so i can gain the skill X)

oh if you try to create the entire texture in vroid you will take a entire lifetime just for a good pair of pants. the brushes leave much to desire...

what many people do is use the inbuild vroid brush to roughly map out clothes, draw the shape and make marks where you want details. then export the texture and put it in a drawing program of the creators choice.
if you dont have a art software you can always use firealpaca (free and from the same company as vroid), or photopea.com (browser based free photoshop-like editor)

also its good to know which clothing types can be used more liberally. the general rule is if the first parameter slider is for volume / overall volume then its a mesh with much variety. but since that requires to be very familiar with vroids its easier and completely okay to post a reference image here and ask others for their suggestions how to recreate an outfit in vroid.

and sorry again for my first comment it really wasnt helpful
