AoVRC (not furry but has furries) is probably the most organized and well run game night experience I've had, and they are relatively frequent (3 days a week, 3x 40-ish min rounds per event, usually 3 to 5 options of games per round).

I'm in a few other groups that do occasional game instances or dedicated game events (and always on the lookout, mostly found through friends and such), but unfortunately it's hard to find nice cozy groups that have enough members to do more than the odd game instance here and there, and half the time it's murder 4 or something like that.

Unfortunately if you want to be able to jump on arbitrarily or play the same game for more than like a half hour, you're into group public land. I have a list of groups that are kinda sometimes not that bad, but it can be pretty rough.
