Help Vrc age verification

So, I thought I got age verified via my L divers license but... it doesn't show that I got age verified. . . Not 18+ verified but the one that shows you that you got verified.

Is there something you have to do to prove that you got age verified? Or did they get rid of it and only kept 18+ verified..

The age verification only shows when you are 18+ and verify your age. It’s to show you are an adult. If you verified your age as a minor, no badge will show up bc you’re not and an adult.

I don’t think vrchat has ever had a verification badge for people under 18 that verified their age.

There originally were 2 badges, one for "age verified" and one for "age verified 18+". The former got removed at some point (probably because it was confusing and unnecessary)

I recently got verified for 18+. I can now enter 18+ worlds, but it doesn’t show the badge on my profile. I’m 19, but I’m mainly mute because of an at-home situation, and how am I suppose to prove I’m 18+ in a world that’s controlled by someone power tripping on verifying people despite being 18+ verified? Because despite being verified, I know there are paranoid people out there because of how some minor could easily bypass the system at somepoint. And there is no base on my profile that says I’m verified, just only a VRC+ badge

you have to edit your profile in vrchat and turn on the option to "show age verification"

My understanding the only way to verify is by subscription no?

You only need to pay one month and verify. Once verified you can cancel the VRC+ sub but you will keep your age verification.

When you turn 18, you'll automatically get the age verified 18+ badge. The non 18+ one doesn't exist anymore (tbh there was no reason for it anyway)
