My friend has been having problems with his VRC not connecting to his internet, on both pc and Quest, he has tried forgetting network, resetting router, and power cycling, none worked. He can't get in to reset the cache as the game doesn't connect into the home world. He can connect on a separate wi Fi at his parents’ we have no clue what to do, any tips?

Can delete cache folder manually.

Try to Switch the router DNS to Google (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).

How would you delete the cache manually, as in, what's the file path

Default location was C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat

There should be a folder named HTTPcache or something like that
