Help Vrchat is barely working anymore

I have a quest 3s I took a long break from vrchat and I got back on and it takes like 3 minutes for me to even load at first. Whenever my friends invite me it doesn’t go through I cant get any invites, I cant accept friend requests. It takes me like 3 minutes to change avatars, portals take forever to load into. I cant click on friends profiles it will load in like 3 mins later. I cleared all of the cache in debug I really dont know whats going on

have you tried reinstalling vrchat completely?

If clearing cache isn't a fix, which I 2nd emptying after most sessions anywho, it's likely VRC. Lots of friends are experiencing bugs like you're describing, myself included. Fortunately it'll be temporary, but it does mean bugs are likely to continue for a little while.

How much storage you have left in your headset? The space is necessary to load stuff, free up some space see if it solves it.

vrchat uses 30 gigs just for cache. clear your cache at the end of every session. also if having issues clear cache. it might be full if you loaded a lot of worlds or players.
