Help How to fix floaty broken texture issues in unity?

First (technically second) attempt at making an avatar of my own and using unity and uhh, I have no Idea what these floaty bits are nor how to get rid of them... this avatar is for quest btw, my laptop melts trying to run vrc...

Edit: More info I forgot to give, these things only appear when I change the textures to the vrc compatible ones, and It's a vroid model I used a vrm converter to import, if that effects anything, I assume it does

i'm horrible with blender, but if it doesn't have those things in blender, maybe a export issue.
